Cancellation & Late Policies

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the appointment fee.

If you schedule an appointment within 48 hours of its start time, our 48-hour cancellation policy still applies. In such cases, you will be responsible for any cancellation fees if you choose to modify or cancel the appointment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment because of illness or unexpected circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to someone on our waitlist.

Please be aware that missed appointment charges cannot be reimbursed through extended health benefits.

Payment for all clinical services is due at the time of service, and refunds are not provided for clinical services.

During winter months, in case of inclement weather, we monitor updates from the Toronto District School Board regarding transportation. If buses or schools are closed, we will waive the cancellation fee.

Late Policy

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, work commitments, childcare emergencies, and other life events can disrupt your schedule. However, in consideration of everyone’s time, we kindly request that you arrive punctually for your appointments.

Please keep in mind that all appointments start and end promptly as scheduled, and we are unable to extend appointment times to accommodate lateness.

If you arrive late for your appointment and there are 10 minutes or less remaining, regrettably, we will be unable to provide treatment. This will be treated as a no-show or late cancellation, and you will be subject to the cancellation fee outlined in our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding, adherence to our policy, and respect for everyone’s time.
