I am Trang Bùi MScPT, a pelvic health physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor.
My personal experience with pelvic pain inspired me to pursue post-graduate training in pelvic health rehabilitation. I understand the challenges most of us have with getting in touch with our pelvic floor, and I know how difficult it is to find the right advice and guidance. Using evidence-based knowledge and techniques, I can help men and women to recover from pelvic floor dysfunction caused by various life events such as pregnancy, post-partum, post-menopause, post-urological or post-gynaecological surgery (a list of conditions that I treat can be found here). I am a proud member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and Global Pelvic Health Alliance.

My belief is that each person, even those of us with the same condition, requires a unique and holistic treatment plan and so I continually learn from and consult other experts on their best practices.
My diverse skill set including manual therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture, soft tissue release, and visceral mobilization technique gives me the versatility to tailor your treatment to meet your specific needs. With my background as a certified Pilates and yoga instructor, I can help you get in touch with your body and move better!
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about food (I spent six years studying Food Science). I love spending my free time testing new recipes and staying active through yoga, Pilates, or weight lifting. Otherwise, you’ll find me outdoors taking a stroll in one of Toronto’s gorgeous parks.
